  • Dumbbell Biceps Curl: 20lbs, max 15 reps
  • Tricep kickbacks: 12lbs, max 17 reps
  • Rope Tricep Pulldowns: 60lbs, max 15 reps
  • Rope Hammer Curl: 50lbs, max 15 reps
