Day 2: Workout - Weight Training - Biceps & Triceps

Though it happened late in the day, I did hit the gym as planned, working out my arms.

  • Dumbbell Curls: 15lbs.
  • Triceps Kickups: 10lbs
  • Rope triceps Pulldowns: 60lbs
  • Rope Hammer Curls: 40lbs

Surprisingly, the tricep exercises were easier to do than the bicep curls. Result of all the push-ups I had been doing?
